Satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded! We are confident that you will absolutely love your purchase from Mystique Licorne. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your complete satisfaction matters to us! After 7 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Note: We do not offer refunds for any of our downloadable and ready to print products. All digital download sales are final.

Return Procedure:

Email the following information to billing@mystiquelicorne.com:

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Product description
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • If applicable, digital image of the defective product

Once reviewed, if you qualify for a return, we will then send you further instructions via email regarding how to return the item(s). Do not return any product(s) without first receiving these instructions as it will not be received.

To be eligible for a return, a product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
