All payment transactions for orders at Mystique Licorne are processed using PayPal.

We are located in London, Ontario, Canada.

You can contact us with any custom order request(s) you may have. We will reply promptly and do our best to accommodate you.

We do our best to keep inventory filled for all products we sell but items do of course get sold out at times. We apologize ahead of time for any item(s) that my be out of stock. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us to inquire about if/when the desired item you’re looking for may become available for purchase.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Currently we accept and ship orders within Canada and the United States.

You may return your merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some conditions apply; please refer to our Return Policy section for more information.

We use Canada Post for shipping all products ordered from customers in both Canada and the United States.

Absolutely! You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with a tracking code.

Typically orders can take anywhere from 2-8 business days for destinations within Canada and the United States. You will of course be able to track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number provided via email once shipped.

Generally there are no issues when it comes to international shipments, however packages can get stuck at customs in some cases for weeks. We do not have any control over delays when it comes to customs.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate any order cancellation requests. Please keep in mind that this is a time-sensitive action. Should you need to cancel an order after it’s been placed we urge you to get in touch with us immediately so that we can do our best to fulfill your request.

No we do not offer refunds on downloadable products. Our downloadable and ready for print products are non-refundable and all sales are final.
